Founder-operated field testing

Jackie McCauley uses customer-message workflows across Prime Money Services, Jackie’s Nursery & Floral, Prime Playground Equipment Rental, Prime E-Sport Lounge and rental-property operations. These are operational testing environments controlled by the founder; they are not independent endorsements.

Payment and remittance

Payment reminders, transaction-detail requests, confirmation messages and customer follow-up are tested in day-to-day payment-service operations.

Floral and event services

Quote follow-ups, deposit requests, booking confirmations, order updates and pickup or delivery messages are tested in customer-facing operations.

Rental operations

Rent reminders, balance follow-up and scheduling messages are tested where a clear written record matters.

Evidence labels matter: approved quotations are shown as testimonials; named users without an approved quotation are shown as business references. Founder-operated businesses are listed separately and never presented as independent endorsements.

Case-study publication standard

  1. Identify whether the business is independent or founder-operated.
  2. Record the original customer situation without exposing private customer information.
  3. Publish the exact message or a clearly labelled redacted version.
  4. State when it was sent and which channel was used.
  5. Report replies, payments or bookings as documented counts—not vague success language.
  6. State that timing after a message does not prove the wording caused the outcome.
  7. Keep written permission for every named quotation.
